All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders are shipped via standard Australia Post delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Authority to Leave
Orders may be left in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the parcel. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
