🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your honey! If there’s an issue, here’s what to do:

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@5thgenerationhoney.com.au with your order number and photos.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
