Honey is more than just a natural sweetener — it’s packed with health benefits. Raw honey contains antioxidants, enzymes, and trace vitamins and minerals that support overall wellness. It has natural antibacterial properties, can help soothe sore throats, aid digestion, and even support the immune system. Unlike refined sugar, honey has a lower glycaemic index (GI), making it a better alternative for steady energy. Whether enjoyed in tea, on toast, or straight from the spoon, honey is a delicious way to nourish your body — naturally.
Honey is incredibly versatile – enjoy it daily in tea, coffee, smoothies, or drizzled over toast, porridge, or yoghurt. Use it as a natural sweetener in baking or salad dressings, or stir it into warm lemon water to soothe sore throats. High-activity honeys like Jarrah and Blackbutt are also great for supporting gut health and immune function. For skin, honey can be used in DIY face masks or applied to minor cuts and burns (with medical-grade honey).

Our Banksia honey is collected from the wild-growing Banksia species (Banksia spp.) found across the coastal and inland regions of Western Australia. These iconic native trees thrive in nutrient-poor soils, producing rich nectar that gives this honey its bold, earthy flavour. Sourced from pristine bushland and free from chemical treatment or pests like varroa mite, our Banksia honey reflects the raw beauty and biodiversity of WA’s natural environment.
